BLAST CHILLER
ARIK Technologies Blast chillers are designed for “Cooling food quickly to a low temperature that is relatively
safe from bacterial growth. Bacteria multiply fastest between +8 and +68 °C (46 and 154 °F). By reducing the
temperature of cooked food from +70 to +3 °C (158 to 37 °F) or below within 90 minutes, the food is rendered
safe for storage and later consumption”.
Key features:
- Operating temperature: 0 to +4 Deg C
- Cold room enclosure is built with 150 mm thk RPUF
panels with tongue and groove joinery.
- Panel lamination [inside/outside]: PCGI/PCGI, SS 304/PCGI,
SS 304/SS 304
- Blast chiller room panels are easy to assemble and
dismantle
- Doors: Face mounted swing door / Sliding door
- Refrigeration systems are 'Designed for faster temperature
pull-down'.
- Air cooled / Water cooled condensing unit for high ambient conditions with all-weather proof enclosure.
- Evaporator unit's coils are designed for '∆T 3K' with
wider fin spacing for faster pulldown and to avoid the
ice formation in the cooling coil.
- High velocity air flow axial fans with external rotor motors.
